Culture & Communications - Open Courses
As well the programmes we tailor and develop specifically for our clients – we also run a programme of open cross-cultural and communications development workshops.
The workshops aim to build on executives’ existing cultural IQ to develop it further and to tackle issues that they have faced whilst working in a European environment.
The content of these workshops covers areas such as:
- The European client perspective
- English language refresher
- Differences in European/Indian management style
- Face to face communication skills
- Telephone-based communication (one to one and conference calls)
- Building personal confidence & being assertive in a European business environment
- Food & socialising
- Q&A
The timing of these workshops is scheduled to minimise time away from work and client-facing time. So wherever possible they are held at quieter times of the year and at weekends.
